Each gift box of GOJI ART carries the natural spirit of the pristine land, handpicked and jarred by skillful artisans. While slight variations may be due to the craftsmanship, these imperfections contribute to the vitality machines cannot replicate.

Return Policy
◆ Applicable Scope:
✓ Sealed packaging intact; return request within 7 days of product receiving
✓ Logistics damage or quality issues

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
✓ Cracked glass jars or blurred printing (affecting usage)
✓ Structural damage to gift boxes (not normal aging of decorative designs)
✓ Abnormal contents:

  • Foreign materials mixed in (product line pass rate is 99.97%)

  • Clumping, crystallization, or spoilage due to improper refrigeration (recommended to store in a cool and dry place)

Non-Eligible Situations
① Natural characteristic differences:

  • Slight leaf residues of goji berries (edible)

  • Color variations of goji berries between jars (no added colorants)

  • Vintage-style corner wear on gift boxes (environmentally friendly design)

② Improper storage impacts:

  • Clumping due to lack of refrigeration (light tapping of the jar will break it apart)

  • Disappointment with color (Our products maintain the organic herbs’ original color with no color enhancement process. Organic red goji berries are healthy, natural matte dark red, and black goji berries are matte black)
