    • ‌預約配送‌（指定日期安排）

  • 節假日或突發情況可能導致延誤。

‌6. 退貨及換貨‌

  • 收到產品後7天內可退貨，須確保原封包裝完好無損。

  • 接受退貨情況包括：

  • 因有機草藥特性，已拆封產品恕不退換。

Welcome to GOJI ART, an online platform operated by Tibetan Farmerette, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (the "Site") and services. By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our Site.

1. Website Usage

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  • You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to Hong Kong and Macau, with future expansion to additional regions.

  • Orders are processed from our Shenzhen and Hong Kong warehouses and shipped via SF Express.

  • Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days. We also offer:

    • Express Delivery (same-day service)

    • Scheduled Delivery (specific date arrangement)

  • Tracking details will be sent via email upon shipment.

  • Delays may occur due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the sealed packaging remains intact.

  • We accept returns in cases of:

    • Logistics damage

    • Product quality issues

  • Opened products cannot be returned due to the nature of organic herbs.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after inspection.

  • Exchanges are allowed for:

    • Cracked glass jars

    • Blurred printing or structural damage

    • Foreign material contamination (rare but subject to review)
