針對重要禮品訂單，我們特別安排專員進行點對點交付，確保心意精準傳遞。

請務必準確填寫收件地址資料（中國香港/澳門地區），結賬頁面郵編欄位可留空或使用指定編碼（香港999077/澳門999078）。

當深港倉庫存告急時，我們啟動青藏高原有機種植基地與GMP認證車間的生產過程。因杞閱四季原料需經嚴格手選與匠心工藝包裝，補貨週期可能延長。到貨後將依訂單時序安排發貨，並通過官網公告及定制郵件通知，實時同步物流單號與配送時段，全力守護顧客對珍品有機中藏藥材的期待。

Thank you for choosing GOJI ART. Our dual-warehouse system in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, partnered with SF Express in Hong Kong and Macau, ensures secure door-to-door delivery. Upon shipment, an automated email with a tracking number will be sent, and real-time logistics updates will be available in your account.

For special gift orders, our dedicated personnel will handle personalized delivery to guarantee flawless execution.

Please ensure accurate address details (Hong Kong/Macau) are provided at checkout. The postal code field may remain blank or use designated codes (HK999077/MO999078).

Kindly note: Logistics timelines may be affected during public holidays. We recommend checking Hong Kong and Macau holiday schedules in advance and allowing sufficient lead time for order processing to guarantee timely delivery.

Standard orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days. At checkout, you may request:

Our express delivery service strives to fulfill same-day delivery commitments. However, capacity limitations may cause delays until the next business day during peak seasons. We recommend confirming same-day delivery availability with our customer service in advance to ensure timely service.

When our Shenzhen and Hong Kong warehouses run low, we will activate production at our organic farming bases on the Tibetan Plateau and GMP-certified workshops. The restocking cycle may be extended because GOJI ART ingredients require strict hand-selection and packaging craftsmanship. Once the goods arrive, shipments will be arranged according to the order sequence, and notifications will be sent via official website announcements and customized emails. We will provide real-time updates on tracking numbers and precise delivery schedules, ensuring customers’ expectations for premium organic Chinese and Tibetan herbs are met.
